HELD Gloves
  • Held Phantom gloves purchased at full retail price are backed by our "hassle free" exchange program. In the event you need to exchange for fit simply contact us for an RA#, then use the prepaid FedEx label included in your package to send the gloves back to us. Upon receipt of the original package we will ship out the replacement FREE from any shipping charges! The exchange must be made for another pair of Phantom gloves in another size. If you choose another brand you will be responsible for the return shipping.
 
DAMAGED GOODS:

When ordering you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
We ship goods via UPS Ground. We package all items per accepted industry standards.
 
Buyer agrees to inspect all orders immediately upon receiving them to check for any damage. If there is any damage to any of the products in your order, please contact the delivering carrier within 48 hours to place a damage/shortage claim.
 
Keep the shipping carton and all packaging material. Sportbike Track Gear cannot initiate the claim with UPS, you must do this. Once you have a claim number call/email us to obtain a return authorization number. When UPS settles the claim we will inform you and issue you a credit.
 

LIABILITY:

Some items in on our catalog may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Sportbike Track Gear does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from Sportbike Track Gear is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.
 
The purchaser of any product from Sportbike Track Gear releases Sportbike Track Gear from all liabilities as to the use of said products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

Return & Exchange Overview
Sportbiketrackgear.com will exchange or return items that are defective in material and workmanship, as well as current items (not closeout/clearance) that are purchased in the wrong size/color. It is the buyers responsibility to notify STG of all defects in material and workmanship, or items of the wrong size/color within the return period parameters listed below.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANYTHING SENT BACK WITHOUT AN RA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED.
 
TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SIMPLY CONTACT US. ALL CONTACT INFORMATION IS LISTED TO THE RIGHT OF THE PAGE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RA # POLICY.
 
NOTE: For the best service, the fastest way to process a return or exchange is to call us. We pride ourselves on personal service and speaking to a living breathing human over the phone beats an email everytime. It is very important to all of us at Sportbiketrackgear.com that our customers are happy with the items the have ordered. From time to time an exchange may be necessary.

CLOSEOUT items are available for exchange only.
CERTAIN CLOSEOUT items may not qualify for returns or exchanges, if this is the case they will be clearly marked.

Fees / Surcharges:
 
Exchanges: No fee assessed for exchanged items that have a difference in price, where a credit balance is due to the customer if the credit amount is held as in-store credit. Any exchanges requesting a credit balance refunded to a credit card or PayPal will be assessed a 10% handling charge. Upon receipt and inspection of goods for exchanges, Sportbiketrackgear.com will ship the new items back to the customer at the expense of the customer. Below you will find a general shipping table, this covers only ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
 
Returns: No fees will be assessed for returned items where the amount of the return is held as in store credit. Any returns requesting refund to a credit card or PayPal will be assessed a 10% handling charge and less shipping spent to get the item to the customer.

Rules & Policies:
 
All merchandise purchased from Sportbiketrackgear.com is sold new in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.

ALL APPROVED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW RESALABLE CONDITION! All item must be unopened with their original documentation/literature/instructions intact and attached. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused, at the sole discretion of our staff.
 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number. RA requests can be generated via your online account area, or over the phone with STG staff. Packages sent to us without a valid RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Sportbiketrackgear.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
 
Sportbiketrackgear.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by Sportbiketrackgear.com.
 
Sportbiketrackgear.com is not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
 
Returns or exchanges must be received by Sportiketrackgear.com within 10 business days from the date the RA# is issued.
 
NEVER ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. I.E. a helmet in it's manufacturer box, with postage labeled on the outside. We suggest using the same packaging we used to send the items to you to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to Sportbiketrackgear.com.
 
We are not responsible for goods received that are damaged. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE INSURING ALL PACKAGES! These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged for shipping for any items returned to you.
 
Returns/Exchanges Explained
We work really hard to keep the prices reasonable while maintaining what we feel to be the highest level of service this industry has to offer. There are very few shops out there a rider can call and get the same advice our staff has to offer.
 
All of the heavy discounts we offer make it impossible to offer free exchanges and returns. We feel our policy is very fair, more than most you will find. If the exchange is being made on an item we physically stock all we will ask you to pay for when making an exchange is the shipping, no restocking fee.
 
Any returns for store credit will not be subject to a restocking fee, they will however be less shipping spent to get the item to the customer.
 
All refunds will be less shipping spent to get the item to the customer as well as a 10-25% restocking fee. We typically use the 10% restocking fee for returns (remember exchanges or store credit are minus shipping we spent to get the product to you, they are expemt from restocking fees). These fees are to cover credit card processing and order processing.
